The Challenge
A global payment provider required a more comprehensive understanding of its rapidly growing customer relationships, the information on which was stored in multiple siloed systems. We needed to coordinate all the data into one stream and create a customized dashboard that could display both high-level and granular data.
Our Strategy
Multiple data sources were blended through the use of Parent-Child, VLOOKUP, and Data Classifications. Custom logic and fields were created to avoid issues during processing and all APIs were confirmed as valid so as to coordinate new info correctly.

Our Solution
All of the existing data and new sets coming in via various sources were indexed to as to create one blended set that could easily be searched by the new custom dashboard we created for the customer. New info was set to be collected weekly rather than the previous monthly so as to get a better ongoing picture.

Granular, automated and accurate reporting allows for quick performance scaling and experimentation, easing the load on marketing so they can do their jobs more efficiently. Also, stakeholders could view marketing effectiveness, and the automated reporting allows employees to focus on analysis.
