What is MemoSight?

MemoSight 2.0 is Decision Foundry's AI-powered marketing insights agent. It's a generative AI layer that sits on top of Datorama / Marketing Cloud Intelligence and surfaces personalised, role-based recommendations — what changed since yesterday, what to act on, what to investigate — in plain language. Built for marketers who don't want to dig through dashboards to find what matters.

What does MemoSight actually do?

Three things. (1) Role-based personalised insights — a CMO sees portfolio-level shifts, a campaign manager sees campaign-level anomalies, a media buyer sees creative performance changes. (2) Conversational data queries — ask in plain English ("why did paid social CTR drop last week?") and get a defensible answer with source data. (3) Smart recommendations — pre-emptive nudges when MemoSight detects an unusual pattern.

How does MemoSight compare to native Datorama AI or Tableau Pulse?

Datorama's native AI features (Einstein for MCI) are excellent for in-platform anomaly detection but require you to be inside Datorama to consume them. Tableau Pulse delivers similar AI insights inside Tableau. MemoSight's edge is delivery — insights pushed via email, Slack, or Teams in language tailored to the recipient's role, without making them open the dashboard. Adoption is the real metric, and MemoSight wins on that.

How does MemoSight integrate with our existing setup?

MemoSight deploys via AWS Lambda alongside your existing Datorama / MCI workspace. We connect to your data via standard Salesforce APIs, configure the role personalisation model based on your team structure, and deliver insights through your preferred channel (email, Slack, Teams, SMS, or in-app). Implementation typically takes 4–8 weeks. Most clients pilot with one team before rolling out organisation-wide.

Is MemoSight a separate product or part of the Salesforce stack?

MemoSight is a Decision Foundry product — built by us, hosted by us, licensed directly from us. It augments Salesforce / Datorama / MCI rather than replacing any of them. You keep your Salesforce contract; MemoSight rides on top to make the insights actually consumable for non-analyst users.
