With a diverse industrial product portfolio and a relationship-driven sales model, they rely on Salesforce CRM as their system of record — and sought to unlock the full potential of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) to align marketing and sales around a single, clean pipeline.

Salesforce CMS Configuration
Configured Salesforce CMS for use with Lightning Email Template and Landing Page builders — enabling a unified content management workflow.
Custom Tracker Domain
Created and validated a custom tracker domain with unique subdomain; deployed tracking code across the client's website — prospect intent data now flows directly into CRM.
Template Migration
Migrated all Classic Email and Landing Page templates to Lightning and removed all deprecated legacy assets — clean slate, modern tooling.
Subscription List Rationalisation
Rationalised public subscription lists so only customer/prospect opt-in/out lists remain visible — reducing noise and compliance risk.
Form Rebuild
Rebuilt all active forms with proper completion actions and Salesforce campaign attribution; removed unused forms to clean up the platform.

Corrected all sync errors and fixed backfill campaign logic to accurately reflect record origin — bidirectional data flow fully restored.
Database Purge
Purged garbage records and inactive prospects; reviewed and consolidated all segmentation lists — license usage accurately reflects active contacts.
User Sync Implementation
MCAE user management now driven entirely from Salesforce — roles and permissions aligned across both platforms, access control risks eliminated.
Engagement Studio Programs
Built two automation sequences: new-prospect qualification and re-engagement of inactive/lost leads — both live in production.
Field Mapping Rationalisation
Rationalised mapped fields between Salesforce and MCAE; removed redundant field mappings that were contributing to sync instability.
Sales Enablement Discovery
Conducted platform discovery evaluating Sales Enablement tools aligned to MCAE and Salesforce CRM — roadmap delivered for future deployment.
