How to Get Started?

After a short, no hassle discovery call followed by a Mutual NDA, our projects begin with partner-level access, 3 to 5 business days of platform review and analysis, documentation, and a formal, client read-out. Are there a minimum number of hours needed before you will consider managed services?

Yes, 20 hours per month and a 90 day minimum commitment. See our CSA and SOW for specific details. If you need something less than this, perhaps there’s a different delivery model we can discuss?

I need someone very senior to help us maintain our Datorama instance? Can you help me?

That’s fine. We have over 120 professionals with various levels of seniority and industry experience. There is a variable hourly rate but this can be discussed during the scope.

Do you have 12 month contracts?

Yes. Let’s discuss during the scope.

Do you follow ISO practices? GDPR? Are you familiar with DPAs? Do you have appropriate TOMs and are you comfortable with following our SCCs?

Yes. We will review your guidelines and requirements. We often provide services to highly regulated industries. Regardless, the protection of our client’s data is tantamount.

Do you use contractors?

No. Not for Datorama support services. We have a very large bench and we’ve trained many of our most seasoned professionals right out of college.

I need Staff Augmentation services. Can you place someone in my org, full-time?

Yes.

Can you provide references?

What is your hourly rate?
