Agentforce for Marketing

Most marketing teams don't have an idea problem - they have an execution problem. Agentforce is only as effective as the real data powering it.

Decision Foundry implements and manages Agentforce for marketing teams, connecting your customer and campaign data in Data Cloud, configuring the agents that actually apply to marketing, and staying engaged as your long-term partner as new use cases come online.

What We Hear From Marketing Teams

Our campaign builds still take days, and by launch the moment they were built for has passed

Personalization means a first name in an email, not a real next-best-action

Our analysts spend more time reconciling MCI, ad platform, and CRM dashboards than acting on them

We tried an AI pilot last year, it hallucinated, and leadership shut it down

Every vendor calls itself agentic now and we can't tell what's real

We know Agentforce could help but we don't know if our data is even ready for it

Our Agentforce Offering for Marketing Teams

Agentforce Marketing Readiness Assessment

We assess your customer data, campaign data, and current Marketing Cloud or MCI setup and give you an honest read on what's ready and what isn't before any agent gets built. If your data isn't ready, we'll say so.

Campaign Designer Agent

Full setup of Agentforce's Campaign Designer to draft, localize, and launch multi-channel campaigns from a brief, with brand voice, legal review, and approval steps built in as guardrails.

Personalization and Next-Best-Action Agent

We configure agents that read a unified customer profile in Data Cloud and decide the next message, offer, or channel in real time, instead of a segment refreshed once a quarter.

Marketing Insights Agent

We build agents on top of your Marketing Cloud Intelligence or Datorama data so your team can ask performance questions in plain language and get an answer, instead of building another dashboard.

Data Grounding and Governance

The part that determines whether any of this actually works. We unify and clean the marketing data your agents run on and set the guardrails that catch a hallucination before a customer sees it.

Testing and Guardrail Validation

Accuracy testing, hallucination checks, and brand and compliance review before anything goes to a real customer.

Ongoing Management and Optimization

We stay engaged post-launch, tuning guardrails, monitoring performance, and rolling out new agents as your use cases mature.

Ready to see what Agentforce actually looks like for your marketing team? We'll audit your current data and campaign setup and show you exactly what an implementation involves, timeline, architecture, and what you get on the other side.

How We Deliver It: Our Implementation Process

01

Discovery and Data Audit

We review your current marketing data, campaign structure, and Marketing Cloud or MCI setup, and give you a clear picture of what's ready before any build begins.

02

Data Grounding and Governance Setup

We unify the customer and campaign data the agents will run on and define the guardrails and escalation paths before configuration starts.

03

Agent Selection and Architecture Design

We design which agents to build, how they integrate with Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud, and what a human still needs to approve.

04

Agent Build and Configuration

We configure or custom-build the selected agents against your real data and workflows.

05

Testing and Guardrail Validation

We test for accuracy, run hallucination checks, and put every agent through brand and legal review before it goes live.

06

Training and Handoff

We train your marketing and analytics teams on how to run and extend the agents, including how to prompt and monitor them, with full documentation included.

07

Launch and Optimization

We support go-live and stay engaged, tuning guardrails and adding agents as new use cases come into scope.

An Honest Note on Agentforce for Marketing

Agentforce is a strong platform for marketing automation, but it is not magic, and it is not a shortcut around bad data.

An agent making real-time personalization or campaign decisions is only as reliable as the customer and campaign data underneath it. If your data isn't unified, an agent won't fix that quietly in the background, it will act on bad information faster and with more confidence than a person would.

For teams with a reasonably clean Marketing Cloud or MCI foundation already in place, this is a fast, high-leverage build. For teams without one, the honest answer is that data grounding has to come first, and we'll tell you that during the assessment rather than after you've paid for a build that doesn't work.

Why Decision Foundry

01

We implement Agentforce, not just talk about it

We aren't selling a capability we haven't delivered. Decision Foundry has hands-on Agentforce implementation experience and Salesforce SELECT Partner status.

02

More MCI and Datorama experience than most Salesforce partners

We know the marketing data layer Agentforce depends on better than most implementers, because we've spent years building and governing it.

03

We know where the gaps are

Marketing agents fail quietly when the data underneath them is inconsistent. We know where that friction shows up and how to catch it before launch, not after.

04

Vendor-neutral starting point

We assess data and use-case readiness before recommending which agents to build. If the right next step is a data project, not an agent, we'll say so.

05

85+ certified experts, 700+ projects delivered

Two decades of marketing data delivery across agencies, media teams, and enterprise marketing organizations, backed by a Field Development Engineer model that embeds our people inside your team.

Agentforce for Marketing FAQs

Is Agentforce for Marketing different from the automation already in Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Yes. Journey Builder automation follows rules you set in advance. Agentforce agents make in-the-moment decisions grounded in live customer and campaign data and can take action, like drafting a campaign or answering a performance question, without a human writing the rule first.

Do we need Marketing Cloud Intelligence or Datorama already in place?

No, but it helps significantly. If you already have it, we can ground insight agents in that data immediately. If not, we build the data foundation as part of the engagement, which is where our MCI and Datorama background matters most.

How is this priced?

It depends on how many agents you deploy and how much data grounding is required. We scope cost after the Readiness Assessment rather than quoting blind, since a team with a clean data foundation and a team starting from scratch are very different projects.

How long does an implementation take?

A focused implementation covering data grounding, one or two agents, and testing typically takes 8 to 10 weeks. Larger scopes with more agents or more data cleanup take longer and are scoped accurately during the assessment.

Will this work if our customer data lives outside Salesforce?

Yes. Data Cloud is built to unify data from outside sources, and we regularly integrate non-Salesforce customer and campaign data as part of the grounding work.

What happens if the assessment finds our data isn't ready?

We'll tell you, and we'll scope the data work needed first. We would rather delay an agent build than deploy one on top of data that will make it unreliable.
