Tableau's official training (Tableau Academy, partner-delivered courses) is excellent for fundamentals. Our training adds (1) industry-specific examples (retail, financial services, healthcare, pharma, media) using your data, not generic samples, (2) design pedagogy from our Data UX practice, and (3) live access to Tableau Zen Masters who can answer real questions about your specific environment. Most clients use ours as a complement to official training, not a replacement.
Standard programs are 3–7 days delivered over 2–4 weeks. Custom enterprise programs (rolling out training to 50+ users across multiple regions) run 2–4 months. Pricing scales with attendee count, customisation depth, and delivery format (live virtual, in-person, or self-paced). Every engagement starts with a discovery call.
Yes — that's the most effective approach. We typically build the training around 2–3 of your real datasets (anonymised or sandboxed as needed). Trainees finish the course with working dashboards on their own data, not toy examples.
